Day one- the countdown to July 4th

Today the kids and I made "The Best Damn Lemon Cake" and "Emilio's Cheesecake" from Maida Heatter. It was fun, they were amazing. After I made left-over chicken rissotto, the kids cleaned up their Benderoos and ate their food.
