Freedom Friday
Today I set off for my long awaited trip to the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont. I am beginning an 8 session class which leads to a Southern Appalachian Naturalist Certification Program. This weekend I think will be quite similar to the NAI class in Charleston - but much more compact - two days instead of four. It will be lovely to exercise my brain and not have to look after anyone elses needs but my own.

Geez, I'm echoing Tao's comments-- I'm relieved that Neil seems OK, and delighted that you have a nice weekend to focus on nature in the mountains.
